Beliefs
A few working assumptions that guide this project.
Artificial intelligence increases output faster than it increases understanding. Productivity gains are visible. Cognitive costs are subtle.
Intelligence is not the same as reasoning. And reasoning is not the same as thinking. Tools collapse these distinctions.
When answers become cheap, questions lose value. The danger is not misinformation, but the gradual loss of curiosity.
Attention is not a resource to be optimized. It is a condition for meaning.
These beliefs are provisional. They evolve with thought.
